The preceeding list of 452 banks will not necessarily be the same as the FDIC's watch list. It's just too difficult to exactly populate a list with all of the parameters that the FDIC uses to determine their problem banks. However, these are the poorest-rated banks according to BankRate.com based on capital adequacy, asset quality, profitability and liquidity. It should suffice.
