I'm curious as to whether anyone has any comments concerning the nepotism displayed by this company. Current CEO Richard Adams looks to be grooming his son Rick, 39, for the CEO role. I think it reflects poorly on the company's corporate governance. Maybe it's a West Virginia thing. I just don't see Ken Lewis at B of A or John Allison at BB&T handing over the reins to their sons. Any thoughts?
