UBA has alot of confidence. Yes some businesses have gone out but it seems they are replaced by sound businesses in their malls. Look at the little Westchester Mall is now home of the Westchester Board of Realtors. I don*t understand the sell off of UBP but I am taking advantage of it. Not all reits are equal.
