they show a profit...but does not look real
the loan loss provision is only one half of the loans charged off this quarter and NPL jumped $14mm to $52 mm plus OREO of $29 mm
so NPA's are over 11% of assets( 10% usually means imminent failure- within one year)
they have a lot of capital, but it is overstated...and trading at book value
downside risk to $3-4/share
