CEO muses on TARP, and hardly mention of huge increase in NPA's which now equal totoal equity
NPL coverage ration is among lowest of 8,000 banks, took OREO losses but did not move many properties
could write a long note here, but maybe no one cares
if FDIC or SEC reviews this, there could be a restatement

ALLL probably light be 20 million, so loss in 2009 virtally assured
good luck to longs..this will be $2-3 within six months
