I did a screen last weekend on smaller bank stocks and this ended up on my watch/research list along with NHTB, CFNB, BCBP, & BOCH.
Considering United Bancorp avoided TARP and is on their way to .65 EPS in a down economic year (one year after record earnings) is not too bad imo. I also like the fact that they're currently below book with a juicy dividend of 7+%. I'm still performing DD, but right now this company is #3 on my list behind CFNB & NHTB. Rating :
