I will be the first to admit that I get confused sometimes with company stats. After researching (UBCP) it has all the ear marks of a good solid company that pays a great dividend. What I don’t understand is how a company with 4.62 million shares outstanding and a float of 3.78 million shares move down, as it did today, 44 cents (5.18%) on a volume of 500 shares. How can this be, what am I missing?
