I have followed this stock for several years, it was 9 bucks or higher 2 years ago. It has never been very well managed, and with the commercial construction market in the tank, it is either hold a Fire sale of your best assets, or possibly file BK. Not a good choice, so again, short of a buyout, this co. is in deep d-- d--.
