coming soon. The company just has too large a debt load to carry, considering the pathetic state of their business. and at this point, selling assets will not help much, due to the large losses they will have to take on such sales.

I tried to warn people of this even 2 years ago, hopefully somebody listened. Those pumpers who said they were "stealing" shares at $2.10, where are they now?

If there are any healthy Concrete companies out there, they may be willing to rescue the beleagered shareholders with an offer. However long time holders are screwed, because I cannot see anyone paying more than $1.70 per share at this point. If you are a speculative type, I guess
a buyout play might be worth the gamble, but I would certainly wait awhile, the stock could easily go below a buck first. Just my opinion.
