10 months is a standard time for a drug that goes before the FDA for the first time. If a drug get "priority review" the FDA indicates they will review the NDA within 6 months. I believe management has stated they are expecting to get a 10 month review period, although I wasnt able to confirm it by quickly glancing at their recent press releases.
