I can't explain the share price either. We are trading below where we were 2 years ago prior to the first Phase III trial data being released (ignoring the 3.5 million share offer in Feb. 2008). Regardless, the market is clearly pricing in a very bearish scenario as the weak market conditions may hurt TH's chances of finding a buyer or partner. If that is the case, and considering TH has 18 months of cash resources available, they will have to raise additional funds shortly after expected commercial launch towards the end of 2009. Hopefully the process is finished soon (as management has stated previously) and also on favourable terms.
