Thanks for sharing. One minor correction....non-fuel gross profit is typically 57-58%. I believe that you looked at COGS as % of sales (41-42%).

I also don't believe that fuel gross margin is necessarily correlated with diesel prices. In general, high prices are bad for TA because it ties up working capital and also leads to lower miles driven. TA really benefits when fuel prices fall, as the pump prices change slower than the fuel cost.
