I am having a hard time understanding the value here. Tortoise has 4 Closed end funds TYG TYN TYY TTO. All of them with the exception of TTO have been on the rebound of late and have more than doubled off their 52 week lows. Why is TTO stuck in this range and lurking near its 52 week lows. What am i missing here. I have done some research on the Portfolio Holdings and all seem to be good investments.
Any one that can help explain to me anything here I would greatly appreciate!
