yes it was not 15 cash... i agree it was more..I think Berk offered 18 per share cash and perhaps that was bumped up a buck.....I do know that about 5-7 % was kept by Mr Shaw and like you said the founder of Queen/Patcraft(Julian)......I guess in the later years Berk bought the remaining shares....but at one time Bob and Julian kept a small stake in SHX..(the ole Shaw IND.)...I hear Bob Shaw is working on a new poly fiber?...Have you heard the same thing????.
