S&P MAINTAINS BUY OPINION ON LP UNITS OF TARGA RESOURCES PARTNERS (NGLS 20.21****): Ahead of Q3 results, we maintain our earnings per unit forecast at $0.30 vs. year-ago $0.31.We believe that the company's recent natural gas liquids business acquisition will improve its diversity and add a fee-based cash flow.We expect NGLS to declare a third quarter distribution of $0.5175, unchanged from last year's third quarter distribution.We maintain our 2009 earnings per unit estimate of $0.63. But we increase our target price to $24 from $20, based on our revised expected yield of 8.2% on a 12-month forward distribution estimate, in line with peers. /T.Shafi Got to like that $24! Still I want a bargain and at least a 12% return myself. I'm sure hoping they sell it off to $17.34 so I can pick some more up on the cheap. Rating :
