NGLS can stay at the same stock price perpetually(inflation adjusted of course)if it continues to pay the same dividend, IMHO.

That's why I hold it, but when America comes to its senses about domestic NG usage replacing foreign oil, it will surge(but then the divvie will fall, oh well, I can handle that).
