I signed a contract for supposedly a good offer,and what do they do? screw me, they love to keep raising the rates under my contract and there is nothing I can do about it until 2010,stipulation is once a year they may need to raise due to taxes,etc.and they did and when2010 comes, bye,bye,time warner, I will go with someone better, by the way,they are offering lower rates now and that is a double sword
