What caused this bad event?

Employees are posting on this board that they still hang out at an airport club
That would be like going to England and hanging out at a pub

The wasted hours are more than we investors csn bear
It sometimes appears that Jay may really not care

For we investors, this airline is for sure the best

Southwest has many flights out of Hartford and Philly too

Has the email been sent yet keeping the offices open the day after Thanksgiving day?
The adjustors should not think that Friday is a day to just play

And remember about not closing the offices the day before at 2
Because the reason you have done it before, we investors do not have a clue
