Stockholder Proposal to Liquidate     30-Jul-09 04:41 pm    
Instead of just talking about it, why not submit a STOCKHOLDER PROPOSAL to liquidate. Then it could be put up on the proxy card for a vote by the stockholders.

After you submit the proposal, keep us informed on this message board.
