This thing basically tracks the S&P500. Management needs to close the discount or else the shareholders should vote to liquidate and make 20%. There is nothing so special about this fund which warrants the shareholders foregoing a liquidation in order to achieve their investment objectives. We are in this for ourselves, not for Ober,et al.!!
