No doubt but there will be a new issue. There probably are not enough in the company treasury to handle the transaction. Earnings and retained earnings will be spread out over the whole.

The real issue is the stock will be voting. There is a possibility the Board and the Agency could be altered. With foreign interests molding the company, the winning formula of the present Agency could be changed possibly for the better, but it casts a pall of uncertainty as to what direction it could take.
