It's a thinly traded stock of a small regional bank run by leaders grown fat on past accomplishments. They have patted themselves on the back while employees have made the difference for them with little giveback except for being given 100% TOWN stock in their 401k, a sad and unnecessary thing for employees to go through. 50% of their investment is in this thin stock and they have to close their fund to dump their shares. The bank is fortunate they have frozen their shareholders in this way or you would probably see a lot of dumping, which would make sense to diversify what is left of their savings.
