I have spoken with some mid level employees who say this company is a classic example of one that does not practice what they preach. They claim to value technology and independent thinking yet the systems in place are slow and often down due to lack of capacity. The true talent in the company are either being misused or have left out of frustration. I see nothing but trouble ahead.
