This stock is not being manipulated by the market makers any more or any less than other company's shares of similar liquidity.

A BUY rating or price target on Yahoo, or AOL, or similar web sights now reflect very old information. You are looking at ancient history after what happened Monday and Tuesday.

Only your point of Mr. Andrew's purchase of 10,000 shares is an encouraging sign, but it is a small puchase and by an outside director only.

Look, this management almost diluted shareholders into oblivion. They indicated that at about $3 per share they are willing to double the number of shares outstanding in exchange for a small amount of capital. What fool is going to stick his neck out now bidding the stock up to anywhere near $3 only to get his head cut off? That is why the stock is in the low $2 area and not even close to $3.

Other issues include: What undisclosed costs did TPGI incur on this aborted offering? Legal, printing, and how about the underwriters probably being contractually entitled to
termination fees. This was a disaster. It calls into question management's judgement since they had no feel for the market's ability to absorb 22 million shares at a decent price.

As a large shareholder I would love for TPGI to go up and for me to be wrong in my analysis. But sadly, I don't think that I am. I stand by my thinking that it would be best for this company to be taken private now, if done at a decent price near book value.
