Loss widens while competitors expand. Bigger problems? 2-Sep-09 05:52 pm

Any thoughts on why Terremark's loss is widening when a competitor Carpathia Hosting just bought ServerVault (announced today they are big Federal Provider)? With the widening loss at Terremark it makes me wonder what the future of the stock is. Especially against these more flexible players like Carpathia who offer cloud and other hot services but don't appear to be weighed down by whatever it is that is eating into Terremark's profits.

What's everybody think? I like Carpathia's positioning myself and wish Terremark was making a splash other than a wider loss.
