Right now, there are many hedgies who are determined that TRMA wuld go under with a Debt of 700 m and market cap of 125m this is a definite possibility.

However the things in favor of TRMA are the following. The maturities are due in 5 years so there is more time to shape up the company and get more operating cash flows out of the company.

TRMA should sell the tow business to shore up liquidity. There is not much u can get through stock offerings,, when the market cap is 125m.

In the meantime, I advice people to sell TRMA when it hits 7, and accumulate in lower 6.
