Boy, things are getting testy here at Rochester Toyota, what with customers coming in with a long list of complaints about their Toyota's. Rob called me today and asked me to help out in the service department, and being the Gross(o) man that I am, I was more than happy to help out.

First customer came in with a Tocoma with the ball joint broken off. I told him to remove the floor mat and that would fix his problem.

Second customer came in and said the $1000 headlights failed on his Prius. I told him to remove his floor mats and that would fix his problem.

Third customer came in and the spare tire and rear suspension had broken off due to rust on the frame of his Tacoma. I told him to remove the floor mats and that would fix his problem.

Fourth customer came in and said his engine failed in his Camry due to sludge, and he even gave us copies of his service records where he had changed his oil here since new. I told him to remove his floor mats and that would fix his problem.

I had no idea that working in the service department could be so brutal, so I came up with a solution for Rob. I went down to the chinese restaraunt and hired the cook to just stand there when customers came in with problems and say "I sorriee." Just like the President of Toyota told the family killed in one of our Lexus.
