Tennant seems to be hitting bottom as we speak. After a trim to their workforce and expenses, the company will be heading into 09 much leaner. Their EBITDA levels and historical growth lead me to believe the company is undervalued at the moment. I think 20/share is a great deal as we will see nice rises when we move into the 3Q. Every company is undervalued right now...
