10% 'reported' unemployment rate by end of this year at the latest (maybe even tomorrow)

MASSIVE new wave of foreclosures next year.

People think the wave came and went, but they forget that many of the 'bad mortgages' that were issued were either 3, 5, or 7 year ARMS... This year was the 3 year ARMS and we still have 2 waves to go!

The good thing is that those ARMS will be reset closer to 5% than 6 or 7%, but it's still going to increase payments of those getting reset by 50 to 200%.

Do you know what that means? Companies are making MORE PROFITS with LESS PEOPLE...

Do you know how the stock market works for publicly traded companies? It's all about profits... They WILL NOT HIRE BACK the same # of ppl they let go over the past year... MAYBE 15 to 20% in my opinion...

Government numbers? Ever hear the term 'XXXX jobs were "saved or created"' by the stimulus plan...

There's a HUGE difference between SAVED and CREATED... If stimulus money SAVED jobs, when the stim is gone, the jobs will be cut!

This is not blind blathering... this is REALISTIC LOGIC... The middle class, on the track we're on, is doomed to be farther below the upper class....
