There is a clear downward move on the TBI share price but the TBI brand is not the $10 a share brand. TBI is worth a lot more on its status as a recruiter alone. Earnings per share will rise in the short to medium terms too. CEOs are sometimes forced to make estimated earnings projections like "zero to 5 cents per share" and that's because the markets are kind to higher actuals but hostile to lower actuals and so CEOs take as much care as possible in future projections. I am still backing the $17 a share stable price outlook for TBI in the three to six month target range; if not earlier. Strong Buy yet again.
