TBI's earnings of 19 cents a share for the third quarter 2009, are good and above many estimates. When you have recessionary or adverse conditions, you have to start to measure forward. I like the 19 cents a share or the $8.2 million profit. So $17 a share is still on even if there are a few negative movements. Strong buy yet again from me.
