I expect a positive sentiment in the top end of the of the recruitment market with positive flows of data from the recovery programme of President Obama. Combine this with positive attributes of TBI like least risk, branding, solid earnings, better knowledge of the market as TBI ages and much much more....I see the share price going to $17 and so this is my next forecast.
