After my support for the TBI share price to hit $15 from its lowly $8 or so, we find that at least three top Brokers have upgraded their stock evaluation. Fantastic.

What is more refreshing is that both jonestacy and I have that much better understanding of the key elements of a successful overseas investment going forward in both the white collar and blue collar recruitment markets....and so these Broker upgrades can go actually further with one more better upgrade too. This is especially the case as they actually do work on the mainstream US and Canadian strategies alone and the forecast US and Canadian performances thereon.

In this respect I can now say that my forecast $15 is looking pretty good with the stock today at some $14.64.
