Looking at TEVA's earnings report I give EPS a solid grade of B and very close to a B+ with that 16% year over year increase.

On the Revenue/sales side I give TEVA an A+ with that fat juicy 25% Year over year increase...if not for the Weak US Dollar policy TEVA would have added another $160 million dollars in Revenue which would have just beat analysts Rev. estimates and come in at $3.70 Billion Dollars...

Next years earnings plus Dividend put the P/E at 10 and with out the Dividend of .49 cents puts next years P/E ratio at 11.11.

Do a compare with others in the sector and group and you can plainly see that TEVA is WAY undervalued due to other Risk factors like...

1. TEVA's use of litigation as a standard business model which raises costs big time.

2. TEVA's continued growth through Acquisition spending programs instead of growing organically from within(this strategy worked for Software Giant Oracle over time and I expect it to wwork for TEVA).

3. Geopolitical tensions of the region.

My potential share price targets for TEVA over time are as follows...notice that I have not given time frames mostly because of political situations of the U.S. Health Care insurance program time models...eventually these will be known events with an average mean to define.

$54.00 then $57.00 then 63.00 dollars then 65.00 with a very possible rise to the $70.00 per share levels.
