Why? It moves with the chip makers.. if the market is strong over next 4 weeks it'll move higher with INTC, Applied, etc.. if market is weaker it will fall flat.. to me, looks like its one of the major dippers in the recent market correction that we've all experienced.. why you'd sell here only demonstrates where you would have bought--- at 26 :)
