Let's face it - yesterday's rally was based on ... NOTHING. And there's still a ton of weak holders, so on a down day - wanna bet that today will qualify?! - TSRA could get very soft very quickly. Will it test $21 today?

Probably not, but if it closes above $22, I'll eat my hat.

If you've got tech longs (as I do), this makes an extremely good hedge.

It could be a very short-term short - a matter of days - but what with tax selling either starting or being factored into pricing since it WILL start soon, TSRA wouldn't appear to be likely to run up on anyone for a month or 2.

Plus, there's likely residual bad news (next report soft, downgrades, etc.) up ahead. Even the planned talks are probably as negative as positive, because Hank'll get hostile questions and he'll be walking on eggshells so as not to be accused of hyping (again!)
