I came away with the same unsettled feeling....he left _something_ unsaid about exactly what went wrong in that meeting as far as the anaylysts not understanding those 3 quarters of "special one time events".

I can understand his inability to share the upcoming Q4 drop in earnings because of the drop in earnings due to some of his customers meeting a certain buying quota, especially since it appears TSRA's contracts with those unmentioned buyers prohibit TSRA from saying anything about the quota discounts.

Seeing us gap up this morning, I think that shows how big of an effect an appearance or mention on Mad Money can be.
