You have to love the buffoons that call themselves a Board and Management of this company. Revenues, down, profits, down, stock way down (how about pre-reverse split adjusted $0.27/share!). Mass layoffs, disarray, delisting. So what's the response? Fire the management? Do something drastic before Chapter 11 becomes imminent? No! Let's issue stock to our Board and management!
