Nolan Archibald should be remembered as one of the worst, if not the worst, CEOs in history. Under his stewardship, Black & Decker, once a strong, profitable and respected company, has been destroyed. His poor business planning and unmitigated greed have wiped away 100 years of hard work and dedication. And instead of trying to right a sinking ship, he opts instead to throw the company and all of it's employees under the bus. B&D has stood the test of time and weathered every storm that has been thrown at it; except Nolan Archibald.
