Many people get sucked into this stock into this stock because of the high discount from NAV, presently 15.41%

They perceive/wish there is a chance that management will (1) open end the fund, (2) buy back enough shares to make a difference, (3) use the technique of return of capital to boost the stock price or (4) simply perform better than the averages.

However, none of this ever comes to pass and for all the management changes, arrogance and incompetence still dominate this issue.

I have been slowly working down shares taking capital losses to off-set other issues that have had capital gains.

I've concluded that things will never change and voted against management and every proposal shortly after the initial disillusionment.

This is a stock under a perpetual "black cloud".
