Dear Folks,
I found out that TY was not a good investment in November, 2008 and sold at 40% loss. Turned to cash until March 9, 2009 and then begin to select my own stocks rather than a group of fund managers.
I have been lucky since March with 75% gain in portfolio value. March 9 was a good time to get back in on BAC, GNW, CNO, PFG, OI,MEE, etc.
I would advise you to invest on your own and not the crowd running TY
