I was about to reply but you beat me to it! ... based on DCF, I would estimate Cessna at $4.4B, Bell at $3.7B and Systems at $1.8B for a total $40/share in spinoffs ... to be conservative, value TFC and the balance of TXT at a net zero ... and, once again, I appreciate all the nut-jobs who helped drive the stock under $4 for me to buy based on "days from BK" ... they can't tell the difference between a balance sheet and a sheet of snow ...
