I guess you have to weigh the damage to the stock price that normally happens with a r/s against the higher bar that exists to get relisted and how long that would take. As I said before, MRVC was delisted and in the latest filing they say they have to get to $4.00 per share to be relisted. How long would it take TXCC to get to that level? Delisting forces the sale of stock in the delisted company by many institutional investors that drives the price down. It is clearly not an easy decision. Ochs Rating :
