I agree that you are getting screwed and have been at this point in time since you lost so much money on this dog crap. Cut your losses.
1. Delisting probabilty
2.shelf registration to issue more shares
3. if both occur, shares might go down to 10-20 cents.
Reverse split in forecast also !
