They are fair. Some cities they are OK, others are very poor. Getting service up has always been a problem for TWTelecom. This is one of the reasons Time Warner threw them away. their sales people are typical, once account is signed, you never hear from them again. I am staying with the majors, AT&T, VZE, ETC. Stock will never exceed $14 again.
