As a casual observer, I would guess that the long awaited Chinese PWB fab acquisition is now postponed indefinitely. A sizable amount of that cash is now being used to downsize and shore up the books. The upper brass are finally realizing that they are swimming upstream and heading for a sewage treatment discharge. Time to stop dodging the turds and get to shore.

IMO all this housecleaning is for one thing, to get the books looking as healthy as possible for a potential sale in 12-18 months. That's if they can find an Asian PWB silly enough to want a U.S. commercial operation and a private equity firm with testicles big enough to want the military side.

I think the board is wanting to cash in the chips and head to the buffet. Maybe not, but I sure would. The risk/reward is just no longer favorable. The dice......................they is cold.
