TTEC stock keeps rising and DAC's payroll keeps falling, correlation? DAC was to be the elite sales division, it's been reduced to a lead generating shop that also renews cell phone and cable subscriptions. The high profile brands have jumped ship or reduced their activities to simple grunt work performed by rookies fresh out of...anywhere. TTEC excels at being the low cost producer but I was hoping for upside from DAC's long term growth, that will never be. The only jobs that remain there do so because of the need to have english speaking reps, better hope the Canadian $ holds up people...Judi has destroyed this division and promptly assimilated it to the parent co. What do you expect from a cell phone peddler? She's not seen a lot these days, spending her time in CO. No need for a CEO's presence in Tempe when all you need are a couple of baby-sitters. Speaking of Mike H. and Gail B., how do those 2 manage to thrive in this failed venture? How much churn and loss of quality business is needed before someone takes action? There are still great people at DAC but their days are numbered in my opinion. The original growth strategy has been replaced by a cost cutting exercise. Long term prosperity sacrificed for short term gain. Buy TTEC when they bring in a new customer, sell once they've squeezed all the margin out of it, repeat...Good luck to DAC employees, your loss is my (short term) gain.
