One has to wonder about the wisdom of making billions in "loans" to failing big auto, since it might be throwing good money after bad. On the other hand if North American govts. were to loan money to build one of the arctic pipelines it would create a lot of new jobs, build an infrastructure that is going to be needed in the future, and just about certain to get its loan back likely with some interest.
Good for the economy, jobs, pipeline company and construction industry. any comments on how likely this is? and just when will the pipeline be needed?
