I am agreement with this as well. One additional spin though: Risk Metrics and Proxy Governance have yet to release their recommendations. While I believe that they will recommend voting for CF's slate, there is always a chance they won't. IMO, TRA won't deal until those reports come out next week, and only if they go CF's way. It seems that the majority of institutional investors follow those reports like lemmings.
