no they took out debt to do it, could have done it with cash. - lets both be honest..the spec div was a bribe to share holders.. then CF
turned it in their favor by buying shares and
using that cash divi to leverage the offer..who's the smart ones in this?
vote CF and take our money and run before this economy destroys the markets.
